Our company has the technology of laboratory chemical deburring/deburring
This technology is ideal for deburring/deburring or rounding the edges of smaller parts with complex geometry, difficult to access areas or fine details that are difficult to machine using conventional methods. For these parts, mechanical deburring could be inefficient, time-consuming or risk damaging the part. The technology is also suitable for removing small burrs and burrs from the surface or edges of the material.
We are able to process parts from materials using laboratory chemical deburring technology:
- Copper / Copper alloys (brass, bronze, beryllium copper, .. )
- Nickel / Nickel alloys (permalloy, monel, .. )
- Aluminium
- Steel
- Stainless steel
- Titanium (in extreme cases)
This technology is used, for example, in the modification of brass grids for vacuum technology. We can reliably round off the edges, which is crucial for the correct function of the grids. Figure 1a shows the edge of the grid before the chemical deburring process and Figure 2a shows the edge after the process.
