Optical screens (slits)
Optical slits with slits are components used to control the passage of light not only in optical systems. Most often, these are thin metal plates with a very precisely defined slit, which can be as small as a few tens of micrometers wide. We use a combination of photolithography and electroforming technologies to produce them.
Photolithography
is a sophisticated process involving several key steps:

Electroplating
The photolithographic process is followed by electroplating, which consists of several steps:
- Preparation of the basic model (matrix)
- Plating of the basic model
- Electrochemical metal deposition
- Removal of the matrix
- Final adjustments
Application
The produced optical slits are used in many areas and devices, for example:
- Microscopes
- Spectrometers
- Optical measuring instruments
- Science experiments
