R&D projects
We cooperate with a wide range of domestic and foreign companies, private individuals and state institutions. Among our references, we can proudly count leading scientific research institutes such as the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Liberec, the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic and the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague.
Although we protect our unique know-how in the form of patents and utility models, we also provide a significant part of it free of charge to our partners for joint production and projects.
National projects – TA ČR
- Sub-projects National Centre for Industrial 3D Printing are implemented with the financial participation of TA ČR.
- Project Electrochemical system for recycling industrial copper cable waste is implemented with the financial participation of TA ČR.
- Project Research and development of electroformed biomimetic polymer-metal composite structures for smart additive manufacturing is implemented with the financial participation of TA ČR.
- Project Research and development of electroformed biomimetic materials with gradient and composite composition for biomedical applications and smart manufacturing was implemented with the financial participation of TA ČR.
Regional projects
- Project Consolidation of services, processes and marketing in Electroforming s.r.o. using creative techniques was implemented with the financial support of the Hradec Králové Region.
EU projects
- Project Process innovation for the production of precision mould inserts, especially for the moulding of biocompatible polymers is co-financed by the European Union. The project is aimed at radical innovation in the production of precision moulds, especially for the moulding of biocompatible polymers. The production process was innovated by changing the technology from electroforming to CAD/CAM using micromachining of hardened steel.
- Industrial Property Rights Protection Project – Electroforming s.r.o. is co-financed by the European Union. The main objective of the project is to ensure the protection of industrial property rights.
- Project Non-trivial electroforming with the support of CAD/CAM technologies is co-financed by the European Union. The main objective is to create partnerships to transfer knowledge related to the innovation of the electroforming production process to which the company does not have access.
